1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Stellarep.ai ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
Stellarep.ai is an AI-powered platform that helps healthcare practices manage and respond to Google Business Profile reviews. The Service monitors your reviews, generates HIPAA-safe AI draft responses, and allows you to post responses with one click.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
- Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Review all AI-generated responses before posting them publicly.
- Do not use the Service in any way that would violate HIPAA or any other applicable healthcare privacy law.
- Do not input, reference, or disclose Protected Health Information (PHI) in review responses beyond what a patient has already made public.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.
5. Free Trial
New users may receive a free trial that includes up to 5 AI-generated replies or 7 days of access, whichever comes first. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to post fraudulent, misleading, or defamatory content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service or its AI models.
- Use automated tools to scrape or overwhelm the Service.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including HIPAA, in your use of the Service.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
7. Disclaimer
AI-generated responses are drafts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any response before it is posted publicly.
Stellarep.ai is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. While our AI is designed to produce HIPAA-safe responses, we do not guarantee legal compliance for every response. If you have specific legal concerns, consult a qualified healthcare attorney.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellarep.ai and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
